Refurbishment.

Refurbishment of offices, warehouses, retail outlets etc can vary from job to job but we are confident we can offer a complete and competitive service.

Some of the refurbishments we have carried out range from converting one room to a new use, i.e. putting in an extra kitchen in an office block to complete refurbishment either for a new client to move into or an upgrade on an existing building.

When we carry out a refurbishment of an building we pride ourselves on working very closely with the client, this can be from advising the client from the outset, advising on material chooses and then through to carrying out the work until completed, this enables us to ensure the client gets what they are looking for along with quality of workmanship.

We also offer a put back service, this comes into play when a client is moving out of a premises and have a put back clause, we would then put it back to original after holding discussions with the agent and the client.

This work can be as simple as painting the premises out to removal of walls or equipment fitted by the customer. Most of our clients prefer to pay for this service as if let can cost considerably more if carried out by the agent of the premises.
